Friday night i guess, we went for a movie that was suggested by jynee and khang wei but too bad he's here.. i cant join u all... i so wish to.. nvm, there is still a chance.. don't worry...

After that, headed back to Nilai indeed cause my eyes are red and swallowen cause due to the bandage lens prob. sigh, it's just so suffering.. didn't get to take any photo cause i'm UGLY... >.<>I AM.. I don't hav the courage to do things I've decided early ago.. What the hell wrong with me, BITCH u!! i admit i am =)
Back to yesterday midnight.. HEADACHE + COUGH + SORE THROAT is killing me.. and i am so worried about something T.T

Today afternoon.. I woke up around 1 something as i slept around 6 something in the morning.. I'll get some cough mixture to make me sleep dead and giv myself some good rest before my assignments starts...
Talked on the phone for quite a long time with aunty linda... LOL.. well, just some chit chatting... Thanks for accepting me i guess but i doesn't wanna get married first or YET... okie?? and WAT FOR but as i don't wish to let my mum see me getting married when they're VERY OLD.. as in weak untill walk oso hard and slow.. i wanna to have a happy family photo with them... wait me ok my dearest parents?? LOL

When very angry with your spouse and irritated, one has the tendency to say something very hurtful or do something that they may regret.
It is very important that one be careful about what they say or do, when upset, because when said or done the words and actions cannot be taken back.
Therefore, here are some tips on what you should do when very angry with your spouse.
1) Do not speak: When angry, one has a tendency to blabber what comes to one’s mind. Therefore, it is important that one be quiet if one knows they are going to speak the unthinkable.
2) Do Not Complain About Your Spouse: Do not complain about your wife/husband to any friend or your parents etc. This is like bad mouthing about your spouse, because when you calm down you may forget what you spoke but your friend or parents may not forget what you spoke and may continue to have a negative impression about your spouse.
3) Calmly State Your Thoughts: You may be very irritated and may go very silent, however, this silence in some cases may irritate your spouse and provoke him/her to speak things which will further instigate you to loose your cool. Therefore, in order to prevent this from happening, you should very calmly state to your spouse that you would speak about the matter later and not at present because you are not in the right frame of mind.
4) Do Discuss The Matter Later: If you have told your spouse that you would be discussing the matter later, do discuss it, and come to a conclusion. Keep up your word.
These techniques if used will save your marriage from a lot of trouble, thus ensuring lot of peace in your marriage.
